How do I start?

What is the minimum quantity to order?

The minimum number is 10 pieces for every design, size and color. You will save some cost if you order a higher quantity.

How long can I get my patch?

The delivery time is between one and four weeks after receive the order and approve the artwork. But in some specific situation, it will be different. Sometimes it depends on the quantity, production mode and design requirements.

What if I need to change or cancel the order after production?

We will fee charging by any change or order according to your requests. We do not accept any change after production. It will be recognized as a new order.

Can you offer a guarantee?

You can cancel or have any request about your patch before you placing an order. Once your order is in a production, it will not be changed or canceled. But if the products have some quality issue, we will make your order afresh according to the specific circumstance. However, this situation is barely appeared in our company.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are glad to accept all the mainly payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What if I do not like the proof?

If you do not like the proof, please change your request anytime. We are glad to cooperate with you and we will ensure your satisfaction during the whole process.

How will you transport my patches?

All the orders will be conveyed free to the USA or Canada by FedEx. Please contact us to know the freight for other places except the USA and Canada.

I have no artwork, do you help?

Of course we can help you! We can offer free design and customer service for you every minute.

Will I know what the patch looks like before I place the order?

Of course you can! Our designer will design the unique patch for you according to all your requests, then we will provide the design drawing for you.

What if I find lower price than your company?

Just remember our company is not only offer the price, we are also providing the best quality. Price is not just the value. We ensure every product we sale with 100% satisfaction.

Why I must prepay my patches?

Due to the inherent quality of patches, they have no value for anyone except the person who ordered them. Therefore, we must request prepay in the order.
